I use this as a manager for a busy pub in central london, I find it very usefull when not at the pub. but most of the time I cant see the home screen with all of the scores, it doesnt load. And theres no translate button for any other language on the website or on the app, and no copy and paste option making it difficult to understand the reviews if not physically at a computer. I use it daily and still love it but think it would be a great improvement if I could click "translate"

Doesn't give you the unlimited backgrounds checks like they say they will. It tells you what number of people are looking for you but when you click on it, it doesn't show you as many people as they say are looking for you or it keeps showing you the same person. When you click on the occasional different person that is looking for you, there isn't any information on them!

Normally a great app but...lately when I try to upload pictures, it gives me an error message. When I go to upload the same picture in the website using my desktop, it works fine.

It was very easy to use before. Now with this sso, links and stuff is very annoying, it doesn't allow access to every employee and it keeps glitchung so I'm reinstalling every month 🤷

The only thing I'm missing is that, when you answer a review, it doesn't let you press "return" so you can go on a new line, it gives you only "done" instead. Please add that option. Thanks!

Definitely handy for responding to reviews, however whats preventing it from 5-stars is that it doesn't bring whats available online, into the app. Like the Assets Library; its clunky on your phone, with the web version ...

I can not use the app, i login and get a message to say that the current app is not supported and asked to update to latest version in play store but then when I got into play store, there is no update?!

Before doing a upgrade, you should test the application to make sure it works and inform the company's that are affected. I potential lost over $200.00, because the upgrade didn't work.
