Compared to the website the app isn't great. There's no way to translate it (on a browser you can use extensions), and it doesn't provide some info (like delivery tracking) that are available on the website.

My deliveries keep getting cancelled without an email or text notice. The only reason I know the delivery I was expecting is not coming is because I get a reimbursement notification from my bank, nothing from Rewe whatsoever. Not sure if they're short on staff and unable to fulfill the open delivery spots but the customer experience is bad.

This "Pfandtasche" thing that they suddenly force us to buy is just awful. I always return them, but they never refund me their value. They just send me a new invoice after returning them, but they don't bother to refund. And don't try to take it to rewe to return them because they won't take them,because it is obvious that you should not get back your money I don't need to keep double checking what you charge me vs. the invoice you sent me. They only refund their value when I send a complaint.

worst recommendation algorithm I've ever seen - if you search for "lachs" the top suggestion is cat food. If cottage cheese isn't available one suggested replacement is a crate of iced tea. The actual delivery service is reliable and good but this app seems to be designed by people who don't understand what a supermarket is

Complete Nightmare!!! I can't loose my PayBack money. I spent an hour trying to prove that I'm not a robot! Over and over again! Despite that my PayBack card was already connected with rewe app. This is a complete waste of time!!🤬😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

No support for payback pay. Either scan rewe code and then pay manually or scan payback pay code but then it is not linked to rewe account and receipts are not saved in rewe app

Everything looks good, except no option to change the language. Being one of top supermarket chains in Germany, please provide localization in English as well !
