App would crash 2/26 when trying the ticket side. Contacted the support team through email and received a response next day and a 2nd response today alerting me to an update to fix the issue. The update fixed an issue on the ticketmaster side and the app now works as intended. I appreciate support for the timely response and fix to the issue as there are a lot of companies that don't stand behind their product. Do the update and contact them if it doesn't help your problem. Thanks

I don't understand why this app is so bad. Login issues, constant media loading error. No matter how good your data connection is this app will fail you. It has all the permissions needed and my device is plugged into power. I wonder if the app is this bad on iOS? Save yourself the frustration and keep a computer close by if you want to follow the action

I don't understand why the media loading always has problems. As big of a school as PSU is to have this kind of app issues is kinda crazy!

Endless loop after logging in correctly. Terrible app. Terrible synchronization with Ticketmaster.

Constantly does not work. TicketMaster is incompetent to be handling PSU'S ticketing.
