First time in the app. Just trying to see what they have available to see or what I am able to do. Unfortunately each time I went to the billing section, click on an attachment, the app would crash. It happened several times over a very short time frame. If this could be fixed I wouldn't mind using the app regularly. But until then I will continue to go to the actual website for any kind of activity or making payments.

the app is so outdated and buggy is hardly usable. extremely long load times just to look at the bill, the app is inoperable while its trying to load that information, half the time you can't even submit a payment because the app just loads forever with no end

This app is very slow, and I frequently encounter error pages where the app has lost communication with the server. Payments on it take a long time to load and process. Overall, it is too clunky to be useful, so I usually just open my account on a web browser. I have given up on gaining any energy usage insights from this app.

Slow, very slow. Whether that's due to bad hosting, bad equipment or bad coding, I can't tell. It's like they only made the app for people to be able to pay their bill on your phone and tried to throw minor functionality in it to appeal some subset of people but decided the developer was too expensive and pushed it out unfinished.

App doesn't save to Recent Apps after switching to a different app. Then when you go back into Evergy it makes you re-authenticate and start over. Most importantly, every action in the app takes a really long time. it's much too slow. This app is not ready for primetime.

Absolute piece of garbage. This app is incredibly unresponsive, running at the speed of dial-up in the era of fiber-optic. You will be fighting with this app for days on end, commonly ending up with overdue fees because the app simply DOES NOT FUNCTION AS INTENDED... I'm getting tired of this, and going with evergy was the worst decision I've ever made. Consumer exploitation at its peak...

I've had this app for several months and I've only been able to get into it twice. It just circles at the login screen and I have to go to the web browser to pay my bill. And it doesn't look like developers are interested in fixing it.

Everything I attempted to pay the bill by hitting Speed Pay, the app goes back to login. Crashed. I do not like that the Speed Pay app repeats every, I mean EVERY piece of debit card information out loud. Very poor system; not user friendly.
