Both the previous version of this app and the current 2.0 release are faulty. Their customer service is also subpar. I placed an order, made the payment in advance, yet the app shows no record of my order. When I called customer service, they were completely unaware of the order. They mentioned they would place the order manually, but after three calls and waiting nearly three hours, they still couldn’t confirm it. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Poor app, not functioning properly. It showing new update is available. I tried to update more than ten times but play store shows no update. Then again tried to open the app shows same notifications but not move forward without update!!!!!!!!

The service this app is used for is a good one but the app itself or the server is very bad. You put a request at 8:30am in the morning and it doesn't get processed or select a maid for you the entire day. Customer service is non existent, it says busy even after waiting for 10 minutes on hold. Even when there is 5 maids free right in my area it didn't select any for me today. Most of the time it selects a maid for me after processing for four (4) hours. I don't want to experience this everytime

Worst possible service! I called them at 09:30 am in the morning and since then they kept me hanging only to cancel my request at 04:45 pm. That too the person in charge (Mr. Limon) never answered my call. I had to find out from their call center. I have elderly citizens at home and needed someone to cook their meals. Now where will I find a replacement at this hour? They are highly unreliable. please don't use their service.

Tried booking a maid multiple times and the app never delivered so far. They seem to be searching for a maid for almost an hour only to report that there's not one available no matter how early you try to book. Very unsatisfactory and disappointing app.

Highly DIAPPOINTING! After latest update the app funtioning too BAD! Even after raising the issue at 10 am, still it's not fixed in 3 hours. Even they are not keeping my reques for maid today manually. This should me customer friendly with alternative options.

Customer support is not friendly at all. IMO they should be focusing solely on new customer acquisition, no matter how. Besides in-app acquisition, they should also facilitate manual acquisition, like OBHAI does. My family needs a maid right now, but I can't find one from the app - asking me to keep trying will sound hilarious to me, wont it? Why would I block some valuable space of my phone for something that doesn’t help when it is needed?

The service is very useful. I ordered two times and in both times the maid did what I wanted. I liked their behaviour because they were professional. But during rush hour it's difficult to find maids like on fridays. So I think more maids are needed on weekends. But I loved this service and app. It's very user friendly and helpful.
