ÄLYPUHELIMET JA TABLETTILAITTEETTiedostoeditori voi toimia kahdessa tilassa: editointi ja lukeminen.
Mitä vaihtoehtoja on EDIT-tilassa?
* Luo, avaa, muokkaa ja tallenna tiedostoja (TXT, XML, HTML, CSS, SVG, LOG...) eri koodauksilla (yli 200 koodausta).
* Muokkaa tiedostoja sisäisessä tallennustilassa ja irrotettavalla tietovälineellä (SD-kortit ja USB-muistitikku).
Ja myös pilvipalvelimilla: Google Disk, Microsoft OneDrive ja DropBox.
Tiedostojen muokkaaminen WebDAV-tekniikkaa tukevilla pilvipalvelimilla: Yandex, Mail.ru, Synology ja muut.
Tiedostojen muokkaaminen FTP-palvelimilla.
* Avaa useita tiedostoja eri ikkunoissa.
* Etsi tiedostosta tekstiosa ja korvaa yksi fragmentti toisella.
* Kumoa viimeisimmät muutokset.
* Muuta sekä koko tekstin että fragmentin kirjainkokoa.
* Lähetä tekstiä (sähköpostitse, tekstiviestillä, pikaviestillä jne.) ja vastaanota tekstiä muista sovelluksista.
* Tulosta tekstiä (tiliisi liitetyillä tulostimilla) tai PDF-tiedostoon.
* Lataa fontteja TTF- ja OTF-tiedostoista.
* Pura tekstiä RTF-, PDF- ja MS Office -tiedostoista.
* Jos liität USB-näppäimistön, voit muokata tekstiä kuten tietokoneessa.

* Ylläpidä luetteloa äskettäin avatuista tiedostoista ja avaa automaattisesti viimeinen tiedosto, kun sovellus käynnistyy.
* Tallenna muutokset tiedostoon automaattisesti.
* Korosta sivunkuvauskielen syntaksi (*.html, *.xml, *.svg, *.fb2 ...)
* 7 värimallia, joista valita (mukaan lukien "tumma" teema).
* Lisää merkkejä UNICODE-taulukosta tekstiin (mukaan lukien hymiöt).
* Tunnista automaattisesti tiedoston koodaus.
* Äänitekstin syöttö.
READ-tilassa editori voi avata suuria tiedostoja (1 Gt tai enemmän).
Muokkaus voidaan käynnistää tavalliseen tapaan sekä muiden sovellusten (esimerkiksi tiedostonhallinnan tai selaimen) kontekstivalikosta ("Avaa ..." ja "Lähetä/edä...").

Jos yrität avata suuren tiedoston muokkaustilassa, avaamisessa ja vierityksessä on viiveitä.
Optimaalinen tiedostokoko riippuu laitteen suorituskyvystä.

Thanks for the quick reply. The part of the app that confused me is the fact that in the settings you can put in credentials for box or Yandex or Private, but no other cloud services. I was expecting to be able to put in my Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive credentials in the settings as well. Sorry to bug ya.

In windows my favorite small editor was WinPad32 I was looking for a similar editor for Android to specifically use in Pop up View. Since Clipboard History was disabled in Android a Pop Up View Editor helps you get around this. I have tried 7 different editors in Pop Up View. SimpleEditor is Best. It is excellent. I have a few ideas to make it even better for Pop Up use, and would love to see a special version minimize the Title Bar. Excellent Fast Support

This is my first text editor and viewer for my phone. It has great functionality. I wanted it mostly for viewing text files that I created on the computer. Editing features seem pretty complete. Nice, simple interface. Easy to get to commands. No complaints.

Highly erratic operation - Saves are often NOT actually done (it lies) & you'll open a .txt or .rtf you KNOW you just changed & saved, but it's the OLD version ...ARRGGHH.!! App gets confused claiming it can't open an .rtf it always had before ; opens a New blank doc instead... even after clearing cache, un-&reinstalling. I think this app corrupted a very important .rtf file..Grrrrr.

Finally something simple and unpretentious! It has one small bug with color themes which hopefully will be fixed soon but otherwise this app is what I've been looking for for a long time: simple, easy to use and no bloatware.

I really enjoy using the SimpleEditor app. I really like the 'undo', 'redo', and 'tab' buttons. It truly is simple, including the permissions. It's better than Notepad and very reliable!

This is excellent for reading and searching massive text files. This is exactly what I wanted and it does it well. I have used various applications over the years but they have, over time, all stopped being supported and stopped working. I hope the creator of this app makes lots of money from his work and is able to keep this app supported for a long time.
