The new PIAGGIO App is here!The new Piaggio App enables you to activate the whole series of advanced multimedia functions from the MIA connectivity system.
On specific models, MIA makes your trips safer and more comfrontable thanks to a set of new functionalities:
• Handlebar controls for music and phone calls
• Voice-assistant activation by a simple push of a dedicated button
• An extended digital dashboard for your smartphone, displaying additional parameters
• Notifications for the relevant alerts regarding the bike’s maintenance
• Storage and visualization of the most significant data tracked on your last trips
You can also use the Piaggio App to get in contact with us and find our dealers and assistance centers.
IMPORTANT: for PMP3 equipped vehicles including BEVERLY 400 and 300 Euro5, MP3 EURO 5 and MEDLEY starting from My 2021 it is mandatory to use devices equipped with Android 8 or higher.

Massive battery drain if navigation is not stopped on the app before turning off the scooter. Also, the latest release seems to have messed up navigation again: sometimes the navigation panel on the dashboard displays either an empty square or a camera icon.

App is quite good, once you manage to connect the app, which is really very tricky. No good description even on the internet. For me the following did the trick(S23 Ultra with Medley 125 S E5): Press the menu button+ignition, once the icon is blinking search for bluetooth devices on your phone and wait until there are TWO PMP3 devices found! Click on the one with the 🎧 sign and connect to it. Afterwards connect immediately in the app. You need to do it as quick as possible.

Bought a new 2020 Medley 125 ABS S which in the brochure and manual says it has MIA connectivity. Downloaded the app and it only supports the 2019 model. Installed it anyway and paired it to see if it would work. It doesn't refresh the trips even if left on (it's meant to reconnect when you turn the scooter on but it doesn't). It also triggers Android warnings that the app is draining the battery.

Please update the app .There is issue with android devices , especially on Android 12 edition. The Bluetooth connects but without the calls on dashboard, only in the app to see the trip, so it useless. Please fix it .(One plus phone)

App was working perfectly until an update last week. October 2023, now the live information engine temp,revs,batt voltage don't work just dashes please fix. Everything else on the app seems to be unaffected. The app is for piaggio mp3 530 exclusive.

Wasn't working for a year I thought in was the app but it turned out to be the button that was causing the problem i replaced it and it's working so am changing the review can open seat and follow me is working again just need the app updating a bit bike as can't use my headset unlike iPhone as no way of connecting it on the android app

Bought The medley 2020 downloaded the app as the manual said did everything right the only thing it works with the bike is the notifications for calls and messages the actual app dont do anything. In the app the only bike it has is the medley 2019 tried it with it still nothing you need to update the app asap.
