Difficult to submit the finished inspection when you can't select who is submitting. Will not let you continue without making a selection.

This app is horrendous, I have been trying to use it for 6 months, I have made calls to Cat themselves, with no resolution. You log in, says loading fleet then kicks you all the way back to the app store to open again. Only to repeat and then says app has stopped. I have tried this on 2 different devices only to have the same thing happen. Our company's ask us to use this technology, so you would think it would be dependable, but it's out right undependable. Just saying. Please fix it.

App keeps crashing on Android phone, please fix such bugs.

This app is not user friendly. Will not submit. Failure to keep notes in proper place when navigating to next subject. Camera use was 100 times better on version back in 2017. It had the ability to focus on a dark subject and move to lighten a dark subject. If there was another app I would use it. This is my job and this app is often agitating.

Nothing but problems with this app lately. I've used the app going on a year. It has worked flawlessly with my job and now all of the sudden nothing but issues with inspections not loading inspections being completed but not showing up in the web portal. It's really frustrating because I use this app all day long in my current job role.

App works better with android phone, even though my dealer provides iphone. I use app to load inspections into the cloud to be available to my dealership everywhere. It is a game changer for service reporting. Very useful. I can take photos of machine and load the report later (at home! 🤣)

Terrible app. I work for a dealer, we use it. It is frustrating when you put info in the app and go to the web based version and your info is all deleted. I can't recommend it to customers.

App fails to sync, fails to send emails of the inspections, glitches and loose the entire inspection and have to start all over again. The crapy part is that I have to use this app to do my job.
