Love this app! It has made my hospital visits so much more efficient. I no longer need to deal with long registration processes or wait in queues. With just a few taps on the app, I receive a barcode that I can scan upon arrival at the hospital, and I’m all set to meet the doctor. It even helps me secure my queue number for the pharmacist and cashier, saving me a lot of time and hassle.

The apps is so good for instance there is queuing feature. it helps you when your number is calling by the doctor and to take the medicine 👍🏼

The language differences can be confusing, sometimes they're using bahasa sometimes english. Yet overall it's still an okay as I can uses both of them, but i do concern about foreigners who could only uses english.

Every time I book appointment by phone or just walk in, it's not linked in the app. Come on guys, I know you can do better. Every time I always asked for phone number everywhere in the vicinity, yet it doesnt show up in the app. Does walk in / phone appointment having different database from the app? If so then why bother to create this app?? Guys, dont just create app because every other hospitals did, create app because it is essentially needed for your customer. 😴

The app is useless. What's the point of booking an appointment through this app if we still need to wait for almost an hour for covid screening and registration??? This app is supposed to make things easy and simple! Also, there's no appointment records either! Please improve this app and the hospital service.

I can't scroll until the end about my health history (my radiology result). It stuck only for 1 page! It works well on my previous iPhone 13 pro, but now I'm using Samsung 23 Ultra, it doesn't work at all. And the keyboard also stuck too when I want to press PIN. Not impressed at all

This apps need to be improved a lot. Whenever need to login, it will always ask the OTP which is OK. BUT the otp never come ontime. NEVER2x COME ONTIME. It came AFTER expired waiting period 3 minutes. VERY2x FRUSTRATING in emergency situation. I guest IT teams of this app MUST fix problem immediatly. Maybe HOSTING speed buy a better one.
