Needs work, it's slow, and it doesn't list restaurants closest to you first. Even when you ask the app to fill up by distance, it list the closest restaurants last. Really really stupid..

Useless in Kata We stayed in Kata beach for 8 nights and attempted to use the app on several occasions. Each time our order was cancelled and we were informed that they did not have any available drivers.

Difficult to find setting to switch language (options are in Thai)... and as you can see from their reply below, they seem to have some language issues with regards to English...

Its great! Its more foreigner friendly than 7/11 app. So far, I have no issues, navigation through the app was quick and easy.

Ok service and app but the app should remember your last/favorite payment method and most of the times I'm not able to see the driver's location on the map
