Wow paid for itself already. Wife saw a video on cleaning washer trap well she didn't close tightly and started it just before she left. A few miles down the road the water sensor went off and sent it to our phones. I was able to come home and there was water pooling on the floor about ½ inch deep already. Would have hated to see what could have happened. The water sensors are very sensitive. The heat sensors are too blow drying your wet hair can set them off, but a little stove smoke wont!

Blocking updates, cannot get any customer service. I have gone under my own apps to unlock it, and it will not allow me to do that. Really frustrating have not been updated via phone if anything happens while i'm away from the house fix this app

Worthless rip-off by scam artists. $300 a sensor for what amounts to a $50-75 device at best. Reps are high pressure sales pitchers, "techs" clueless. Found out my comm link died - discovered it after SIX WEEKS. Zero notifications it was offline. If there was an event while we were away, would've never known. For what this system cost, I could install a complete security system that monitors everything RELIABLY Comm link DC adapter shorted out, got very hot .. made in china. Scammers

I would give this a five-star, but I am not as I do not receive a notice of alert if the alarm goes off. My partner does, I have checked all my settings, and notifications are enabled. I don't know if there is something I'm missing IDK.

Great for keeping track of temperatures in various locations. My only complaint is that I was not informed of the need for the new app and only found out when I called customer support about the original one not working.

Reschedule 2 time showed up late took 3 hours so you get confused and tired then they show you horrible fire traumas then dangle a bunch of shiny alarms for a low monthly payment that sound good after the 3 hours of talking then it's a 48 month process and they do 2 credit score checks and cannot provide any real info on any of the equipment all in all its a old pyramid scheme with modern presentation and the kicker is when you have a chance to mess with the system alon it dose not work

This is absolutely ridiculous that I have paid over $6000 for a item that I am supposed to be able to have alert me and notifications for this app are blocked. Not by me but on your end. Please fix this and I will change my review.

Annoying piece of technology, keeps beeping for no reason esp in the middle of the night . When it beeps, we check where and theres literally nothing, even when checking the app theres nothing wrong in that area🤦♂️🤦♂️
