There's a page on the Vodafone website stating that the next version of this app would not be compatible with older VOX 2.5 routers. Does that apply to this version??? I can't see anything in the playstore description regarding compatibility. No stars for an old router. Update: 4 Star I now have the latest Powerhub router and have updated the app, which works perfectly. It's not as good as the old app, no option to boost a device, and irritatingly, the sync speed is buried in the settings menu!

Since the latest update absolutely useless app, you can't block devices anymore, which was one of its best features. You can't boost a device, why change something that worked to a useless piece of junk, think I'll be looking for a new provider. 11 months later still having issues with the app, sometimes it won't unblock a device even after a full system reboot. Thankfully my contract expires this month so I can move providers.

The app is almost bloody useless. ¾ of the time it refuses to load promptly & takes at least 10 minutes before it shows anything on the main screen. Then it "... can't retrieve this information. Please try again later." except later never comes. The only redeeming feature is the broadband service test accessible via settings. I've had issues logging into my account on the internet since day 1 yet the broadband service test gets me in every time. I've informed numerous CSRs to no avail.

Had a lot of issues just connecting this app to the router. Then multiple times I have set descriptions for devices by working out IP addresses, only for it to be wiped next time I open. It would be good to be able to actually restrict access for devices on a schedule/timer, especially as this function on blocking devices manually doesn't often work. Kids are having a field day!

Shocking app and is a true reflection of Vodafone Broadbands' dismal customer service. I've just upgraded to 'Pro full fibre 910' once again useless software and hardware to boot. Great to have a fast connection. Worthless if nothing can connect. An hour and half on webchat with the promise of being contacted and nothing. Avoid like the plague.

One of the worst apps I've ever used - it thinks you're disconnected and refuses to work when everything else is working fine, and lacks any features whatsoever. This app is required if you get Vodafone 'Pro' Wifi, in order to set up the booster. However, there are none of the options required to do that, and all of the instructions that came with the booster relate to a past version of the app that actually worked.

The app can't connect to a power hub that is already configured and working. This is such a basic issue that it's hard to believe that Vodafone didn't consider it. I originally used the app to set up the router, then uninstalled the app, reinstalled, and now every time I start the app it attempts to configure the hub from scratch, and eventually times out and complains that it can't find it. There's no way to bypass this, so the app is now useless.

It's really old age: slow, frustrating and simply stupid. Try connecting a booster, it takes ages, several error messages, and try again, try again. When you are on mobile data and try to launch the app, it gi es you an error message, insteado simply say 'hey, you're not connected to wifi' Painfully slow to launch or to do anything. And you always have that thumbs up and down at the bottom to give feedback. It's desgied to frustrate you, yet it ask for a thums up.
