I can't buy tickets anymore! I keep getting the same message when I try to purchase tickets. Whether I use PayPal, Google pay, my credit card, or try to redeem atom credit and for different movies and different show times. They all say pending and do not go through. Yesterday I ended up having to purchase my tickets through fandango instead. First I get "This order is pending" and then I receive a text that says "Sorry your order has failed because there was an error reserving tickets."

It's not very good. I prefer fandango, but T Mobile is using this for the 5$ ticket offer. You're forced to use the app over the website for some reason. You also have to make an account versus being a guest. Then the app kept breaking and locking in seats that I now couldn't have even though I know they weren't purchased. None of this ever happened with Fandango. If it wasn't for t mobile making it a 5$ ticket, I wouldn't use Atom.

easy to use and easy to change or cancel. The one thing they don't tell you is >Google charges a small fee and you do not get that refunded & it is not part of your final total either, when you check out. It's more of a surprise separate charge, I didn't buy anything from Google🤔. But You did, use their app kinda fee. Jeez

This app is a relentless Notification spammer, you are warned. Disable it or it will bombard your notifications. Update Now with a new annoying feature, it's running in the background all the time so now when you're offline it pops up and says that it's having trouble spying on you, could you please go online soon? Un. In. Stall. With prejudice and do not reinstall.

loved the app initially, but now the convince fee are so high, almost double from some time ago. A convenience fee of around $3 to get services that are implemented once in creating the app features like buying tickets in advance, reserving seats, skipping the lines, inviting friends, pre-ordering snacks, watching trailers, using different payment methods. All these doesn't justify a hike in price. These are the sort of models that discourages people to go watch movies in theater.

I can no longer play previews/trailers on my phone. After the video reaches the 30 second mark, it freezes (I have to keep initializing 'play' to run it, but to no avail). I have no idea what's wrong! I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and downloaded the latest updates, but still no fix. I've even reached out to customer support, but they were no help at all; just suggested that something must be wrong with my phone/device. I’d rate it higher, but the problem persists with no resolution in sight.

5 years ago my review was glowing. Now, it's ... Well. Sometimes ,like today, I can't even pick my seat because the app doesn't connect to the internet, either through data or wifi. Got the "slower to process" error but my tickets showed up eventually. If I have problems at the theater I will never use this app again. They also clearly need a bit more support during the summer months.

Really dislike the app! Everything is easy until it's time to pay. My visa, MasterCard and PayPal aren't accepted, and when I contact customer care the best they can say is try again. It's definitely the app, and happens every time I give them a "2nd chance". If you REALLY want to use Atom to buy tickets, use the website instead
