I used Parkster in Stockholm. Less user friendly and intuitive than most of the other competitors (Flowbird and EasyPark, for example). When someone parks the car, it does not usually have a lot of time. The more one has to read, click and interact, the more it becomes tedious and stressful. I wanted to pay with Swish, still have to understand how. Parking a car with Parkster was time consuming, I would not recommend it, unless it is the only alternative for the parking spot.

Not enough tested, there are bugs. Information is not clear enough when things don't work. But it was easy to get in touch with their support. Many times the equipment has failed so you have to move the car, but you won't know before you have started parking and charging. It's difficult to go back in the app, should be easier!

Default of a DIGITAL app for invoices? Paper ones through mail for an extra cost. Subscribed to newsletters? Not ticked but you'll get them anyway, because who cares about GDPR? But I shouldn't expect anything better from another leech parking company, the lowest of the low.

Works for me. Edit: Today I planned to park for one hour for 1.50€. I had to extend for 30 minutes, and the app estimated the new cost would be 2.22€. I returned a few minutes earlier to my car and stopped the parking, which then recalculated the parking fee as 2.13€. I like being able to for the exact number of minutes parked instead of having to estimate the time and (usually) overpay.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! IT'S A SCAM! I've been forced to use it several times for parking, and each time I use it I get a mail that I didn't pay for the parking even though I did and now I have to pay 7 times the amount of the parking cost. Recently I got my 3rd mail talking about late fees and how much I owed even though my money went through.

clumsy. I mistakenly only booked 20 minutes but was not allowed to extend the stop time. then, when I let the 20 minutes run out o was not allowed to rebook a new longer parking period. very strange

Dishonest app. Gets you to click in stuff all the time telling u to upgrade and so u do move from anonymous and then click on the options again and it tells u then u need to pay 4kr extra. And the send receipt still doesn't work and u can't remove cards. Terribly unethical app. I won't be using it again. All it's features are paid for which are free default in other competing apps

normal invoices should be sent in the App, istead sending some kind of mail that ends in the spam, junk while the reminder mails miraculously end up in the inbox. Payments should be on the spot, on the App, Swish etc. your sending invoices and thus reminders is a irresponsible business model. I will end my subscription for the app.
