This is probably the best and most handy URL shortener app available on the Play Store. It can be used as an intent that takes URLs shared from anywhere else, and allows the shortened URL to be customized in its name and also offers the number of visits that link gets after its been made. Excellent tool!

Nice functional app, using as alternative to bitly. I find the Process of shortening is long and not integrated, like bitly, but am amazed by the utility of this app. Update: Realised it does not work with mobile data. Very unusual. Gives somekind of "handshake error".Has anyone faced this problem?

Lacks the most important thing a url shortener service should have in addition to the url compressor: analytics!! There's no means to tell if people interacted with the shortened URL, no logs of such offered anywhere in the app. This is a very vital feature.. I encourage the developer to consult other shorteners such as bit.ly.

It said it cannot shorten my url, but when I went to tinyurl website, it can shorten it. Also, I prefer that I can make a custom alias for my url, which is available on the website version but not on this app. I'll uninstall it shortly because it doesn't have what I'm looking for. Thank you for the effort.

This tool is an essential "reflex" for online surfing. Reflexes are body/brain, intelligence short-cuts governing behaviors ranging from social tact to athletic responses. This tool is both "polite" and "accurate". Give all your messaging the grace it deserves while ensuring others unimpeded focus and movement as they surf the belly of your wave. (Is this another great Minnesota invention?)

I find this app to be incredibly useful for shortening long URLs. It's effortless to share the URL to the app and then copy the shortened link for easy sharing. Overall, I have no complaints, and the app has proven to be a valuable tool in my daily routine.

Works like a charm. Simple, long url changes to a fraction of the size, eliminating 3/4 of the address your sending or in some cases may need to type. Great idea, no issues or bugs on my device.

Before update : Allows you to shorten URL but not customize, like bit.ly After Update : They have now added customize your link feature..... In worst way possible. When you click on customized link it shows you something like this : "Shortened link The link you followed has been shortened with v.gd. Shortened links can go anywhere on the Internet so you shouldn't continue if you got the link from a suspicious source e.g. junk email." Seriously?!! You want user to read this? I have run out of
