Camera and app worked fine when camera 1st purchased and set up, just over a year on... Camera constantly offline or trying to establish a encrypted connection, when it does finally connect. Everything resets itself and Camera keeps turning on & off, close app and Camera remains on.. only way to view anything is by removing the SD card, IF by some chance it has actually recorded ANYTHING ! Oh, & you have to position it by hand & guess work as your unable to connect to use the pan & tilt feature

Got my cameras up quickly and running good. App works well. Even though the box my camera came in said the app only works with 4 cameras, that was not the case. The app can handle many more devices. I was able to get 6 cameras setup the way I wanted, and could add more. The app only displays 4 cameras at a time, but I can swipe to see the next set of cameras.

This is an excellent app easy to use and easy to setup you can use this for many smart gadgets and its free aswell or if you have cctv through this you can get cloud storage which then that is what you would pay for it cheap and optional for cloud storage

This camera works great. It detects night vision very nice. The night vision looks almost like daytime, just black and white. And during the day it covers a very wide range in full color. I love the pan and tilt. Thank you! It works better than any other camera's I have. I'm going tomorrow to buy 3 more

This is a bit of a mysterious product. It is I think made by a non descript company in china. It is one of those get it made, sell it and then walk away from it kind of products from China. The Box which is nicely done has no reference to a web site anywhere on it. That to me is a red flag. Here is a wifi / interent product with no web site, Odd?? Are they not proud of their product. I did use it for about 2 years and it worked fine really. But then stopped. When I looked for help I found nothing really on line. The company that It was distributed to was "Showcase" a store in the mall that sells all sorts of things. I think that the manufacturer finds companies to sell to then sells them a bunch then, just moves on to the next company or product then can have their factories make. I bought it cause it was cheap, like 10 bucks. So for 2 years use and 10 dollars it was a good deal. But Now I have to buy a new one cause it has stopped working. I think I will pay a little more next time and maybe get a known brand. (admittedly I know brands don't mean its better.) Anyway Im not sure itek builds quality. They build cheap. If that's what you want then here it is.

Great for price, bought 4 cameras...all work great...great night vision, motion tracking, SD slot to do nonstop recording..if you get an alert just go back on the playback to the timestamp....super happy...just wish I could put them outside. Has anyone tried that?

Bought one camera to watch our dogs when we're gone and that first camera has been great since day one, so we thought ok let's get 3 more. Huge mistake the other 3 we got later haven't worked as good as the first camera for some reason. Going to try and return them there's no point in keeping something around that doesn't work right.

App is garbage. Once updated, the app deleted all my saved devices and now refuses to detect any of them. They are older smart outlets, but we're still functioning as normal until the app updated. Now Nothing work, and it seems this company is following in Apple's footsteps by intentionally making older equipment obsolete. Don't waste your time or money on this garbage.
