Simplest use cases are broken. Cannot renew as a current user. Just indicates one's membership is expired and to renew on the next page-- but the only option is to skip! Cannot start over fresh as a workaround. App has terrible performance. Every map initializes at 0 latitude and 0 longitude and then takes forever to zoom in to the requested known location- but then doesn't zoom enough to be useful. Looks like hastily designed code checked in directly to Prod and never tested.

App keeps crashing, over and over. I'll click an offer, it crashes, I enter a search term, it crashes. I hit back, it crashes. It restarts after crash but basically unusable because it crashes all the time.

The updated version is horrible. Places I have put on my favorite list previously don't even show up on the map. Unless you know what your looking for you won't even know the place is included in the passport discount. Even though the old version doesn't update the map to your current location, at least it's accurate with the offfers. I would rather use the old version. Please bring it back

There aren't many real deals here. No restaurant I've been too has heard of this or honored the deal. Some have claimed they didn't give permission to be on it. Some aren't even open anymore. Most of the online deals require signing up for a mailing list, I.e., you don't need passport to get it. Merchants are usually offering better sales prices or deals.

Update: I stopped using the app because it isn't useful to lower-income seniors. Why don't they offer smaller-ticket items? For the expensive things, discounts aren't better than competitors. From previous: If the waitress didn't write it down in time, the discount can't be used. That's just stupid by the passport policy makers and makes it look like they do it on purpose. Since they are located in silicon valley I believe they aren't as caring as they let on to us.

Have had issues with "tap card" to show digital membership card. Can't find it when I'm at a restaurant.

This service is terrible. This is offered to me through my job, so thankfully I don't pay for it. If anyone is considering buying for themselves, I would advise against it. More often than not, the restaurants listed with a discount do NOT participate in this program. Passport mobile is listing businesses that have not agreed to the discounts listed in this service. On top of that, the app itself is so slow, laggy, and just painful to use.

Doesn't work when needed, complains about no Internet connection, when I can browse Internet with YouTube and browser. Really useless and low quality app. I have been embarrassed when I could not open the app to finish my checkout. Have you considered delisting the app and give us opportunity to save our self respect?
