When this app works, it is so helpful. It helped me so much while studying for midterms - I have a decent commute to school and listened while driving. Unfortunately it has since started crashing 9 times out of ten when I open it. It doesn't save what I was listening to and sometimes doesn't even keep it downloaded. Annoying and sad because it's a great resource.

This app is awful. After about one day of use, it loses my library, and the sync button does nothing to bring it back. I have to log out and log back in again and then redownload all of the files. That has happened about every day or every other day. Then, after a few days, it will just crash immediately upon opening, and I can't get it to load, even after a phone restart. The only thing that seems to work is uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. That has happened twice already.

Great content, if you can get the app to work. Mine worked fine for 6 months and I love listening to sum and substance for various topics on my drive to law school. Yesterday nothing will load, and today that is happening still. The app opens but every lage is just blank. I deleted the app and I'm going to try reinstalling it. What a pain.

Unfortunately, this app will not work. The first time I downloaded it, no subjects or content would show up. I contacted the support request email, and was told to uninstall and redownload the app. After doing so, it worked fine for about a day, but the content disappeared again, as did the tracks I downloaded. I can't keep uninstalling and redownloading every time I want to listen to content.

Terrible app... Rarely opens and loads first time. Sometimes it opens and doesn't even load. Multiple app and device restarts don't fix. Only logging out and back in which deletes all the downloaded content. Got the study aid subscription primarily to listen to while driving and the app is so bad as to be functionally useless.

This app instantly crashes. On the miracle it does work it plays a downloaded section of a lecture and then crashes when you open it to the next lecture. I paid for the 3 month subscription to be able to listen off line lectures. It's a waste of time and money.

App crashes constantly and has no option to autoplay next track for some inexplicable reason. App also regularly removes downloaded content, and I can't establish that the sync library button does anything at all.

The materials are amazing. The app crashes ALL THE TIME. I have a long commute and use this to supplement my studying...The app will crash at least 4 times in my 90 minute drive to school and another 4 on the return trip. Sometimes the app just refuses to launch.
