My original plan was finishing today and instead of getting a message 2 days or whatever in advance as a reminder, you messaged me today and because of not sufficient amount of money in my account you cancelled it straight away, which is unacceptable for this size company and brand to do. I felt that I've been scammed. Hope you are going to change these kind of dodgy things and not act as a scammers do. Have a good day!

Plan is 5.50, must pay 6 every time you need for a month. After month dont need at all, it takes away 7 c per day if no plan is activated, it goes down to 0. I need every two three months not every month. it steals every second month 0.5€ . Dissapointed that cant select exact amount to fill as the plan, can only pay more not exact sum.

Everything is in Lithuanian, so I had to use Google Translate the whole time. Wouldn't let me type my info, had to paste. Wouldn't top off. Tried on the app,, my laptop, and on the mobile browser. None of them worked. I'm ready to put the expensive sim back in. That one was 50 Euros a month for 20 GB, and 20 Euros for each additional 10 GB. Expensive, but better than this useless sim.

Not able to top up after last update. When topping up using bank option after selecting bank it loads the empty page. To top up using card not possible to enter the phone number as the keyboard doesn't pop up. That's terrible. I'm getting contract tomorrow instead as looks like I'm not the only one having similar problems and nobody cares!

When trying to top up, I am unable to see via which payment method (bank) I'm using because everything is blank. Perpetual error codes or loading screens, both mobile and web page. I have to have internet for most of my tickets, and you're the cause of my current inconveniences.
