Guys ! I just updated the app but it still bothered me. I can't view the internet balance and I absolutely can't change the offer that I chose in the first time I don't wanna be negative coz inwi intend to provide great services ... but it doesn't offer anything for free .so do something to satisfy us ...come on !!! even the network has become very weak, although Inwi was the pioneer in the field of communications ... and customer service, unfortunately, only gossip and give useless solutions

I can't login to my account recently, neither reset my password, nothing works in this app. Before I was accessing 'club inwi' via my pc, but not anymore, because you enforced us to use the mobile app instead. So try fixing your servers firt than making the app more attractive, because this is getting ridiculous. I'm disappointed, and I'm thinking about cancelling my subscription. Looking for another service I think is the next step.
