This app is horrible. If i could give it zero stars i would. Just started a new job and need this app except it doesn't let me see any of the pictures I took and when I tried to delete it and reload it doesn't accept any of my emails or passwords and when I click forgot password I get an error message that says login failed.

There are some positives with the app so I'll start with them. I am able to communicate easily with my kid's teacher & get notifications when they upload pictures. As for the UI/UX, it's lacking. I have an Android so I don't know if that's the main cause for it not being great but viewing pictures is cumbersome. Trying to check-in/out is useless because it takes forever to load and I end up leaving. Trying to invite my spouse is also buggy. If I was the preschool, would get another app.

Unfortunately for you, if this app is selected by your school or camp, there's little you can do about it. The app is awful. The UI feels like something from a decade ago. Pinch to zoom sometimes work, sometimes doesn't. Videos cannot be backed out of while playing. Sometimes it takes just a touch to back out of a photo, other times you have to use the back button created by the app (which does not respond to Android back button in most cases). I'm giving it 2 stars because it does work, mostly

Throw back to the 80s with the UI. Also, flow per child doesn't make any sense. Updates are sent only via daily log, and not by sorted list of events. Remini can learn a lot from brightwheel

Update happened today and now the app won't work on my Android phone or my husbands Android. My mom who has an iPhone can access the app with no problem.

App gives you the opportunity to follow your kids at school. Unfortunately, all of a sudden I can no longer save pictures on my phone (but other people that I know can). I get the unhelpful error message "there was a problem..." and that's it. No further explanation. I have contacted app developer through Google Store but never got an answer.

Can't get through registration... no matter what password I enter it says to have at least 8 characters. Even if I have 10. If I enter a really strong password, it says to just use numbers and letters. It also doesn't have a password verification field which is a bad design.

My kids preschool uses a branded version of this app for, amoung other things, sign in and sign outvia scanning a qr code. This works terribly. It typically takes 6 minutes and around 15 distinct attempts to work each and every time. This causes crowding and lines during check in/out. In these times that is a serious health risk. Fix your qr scanning and check in/out process!
