They used to offer great selection of goods at attractive prices. As of late, the selection of goods is simply limited and the price is exorbitant (especially the shipping fees) compared to other shopping apps. Also, you wouldn't be sure that the items are from the official stores as I have once received items with those shopping mall security tag on them though the sale mentioned it is from the official store.

They took out the brand in the descriptions. Why the hell would I pay for such a high price without even knowing the brand? You'd have to look at the photo to "discern". It's OK sometimes if it's in the category. But most of the time it isn't there. Also, can you check the consistency of the size guide? Sometimes the size displayed is totally irrelevant from the size guide! QA QA PLS.

Customer support takes 6 to more days to respond to my inquiry. The order I placed early December was due to arrived 12/24 but it never did. The travel bag I ordered last November got cancelled. I have asked their incompetent support in Malaysia to call me a million times but Linda, never did!!!!!! They gave me a discount code that never worked!!!!!

Now a days beauty items as in perfume, hair dye, purchase in bulks and makeup wipes all not available. Choices getting lesser. Very dissapointed with the progress for beauty items. Instead of blooming it booms downward. Im a beauty items supporter but now i am so dissapointed. Sry but i have to tell truth.

I would only give 2 star 🌟 due to ur selling products are good quality.. Ur biggest lack point is always not update the shipment on time, which makes me damn annoy and frustrated. Another thing I don't like is to contact your customer service.. Whenever I email your customer service, it always requests me that the matter is related to which order. Then why ur customer service ask me keep asking me this related to which order.

Mysale used to be a great app for shopaholics. It got lots of brands to shop for, either males or females. Nowadays the app mostly occupied by lady brands, not much eye-catching brands for men. The brands on sale are mostly branded apparels, which I don't like very much. SUCKS.... Wish that could be reverted back to the Old MySale app.

Bought a wallet as a gift and still not arrived yet. Almost two month of waiting & the tracking button went missing now. Funny. Another thing that happened to me was i also bought makeup brushes, it says 32pcs but arrived only 22pcs. Request for return, until now no response from them. Very disappointing.

My sale one of my fav shopping app but now i cant see anything when i go to shop its totally empty its just a screen and there is nothing clothes shoes desplay... i hope u can fix this because i install and uninstall for many times but still the same...
