The new interface is a huge upgrade. It takes two clicks to log a urgent fault like burst pipe, then I can still add details afterwards. I'm glad to see the SOS feature and the metrics on issues open and resolved is great. I'm really proud that my city and the municipal services are committed to this platform. It's great.

Most useless app. Logged a problem 10th of September 2024 10 days later, not a single response, had to log the issue the traditional was by calling in and logging the fault. Don't waste your precious time downloading this useless, stupid app!! This app should be removed from Google Play. It's really a waste of time.

Great idea, a number of flaws though, biggest of them 1. Time to get an escalation completed, a traffic light took almost 3 weeks. I currently have 5 tickets for this open, some of them from the 15th and they are still not working 2. Feedback is generally logged with city, but nothing about the progress. I can just as well log it with the city and have on less app. 3. The app selects incorrect address most of the time, even if I go and manually click on the red dot (I have spoken to your offices, but there seems to be an understanding issue) 4. Some items are closed without confirmation that they are actually fixed

Currently a load of rubbish for George. Cannot see Municipal Account, cannot log an issue or other, cannot upload photos to show issue, etc. The previous app worked! George Municipality have "fixed" something that wasn't broken! The "old" one may not have been perfect, but it was WAY BETTER than this one. They should have had a trial period to iron out problems before shutting down the old one. 😠.
