Despite having complained against the failure of videos no response was given. I wouldn't really recommend this on a whole. The videos that have already been uploaded are really good and you'll get a clear idea of the topics aswell. When i subscribed to the package i didn't know the live classes weren't included ,so paying just for preuploaded videos half of which aren't loading??? isn't really worth it ,you can rather go to youtube instead.

This is the worst application. We enrolled for course after seeing their advertisement in the newspaper. All they did was making a fool, no course was given to us and when we open the application it shows that you haven't purchased any course. We have called the helpline number a hundred times, no one picks it up and sometimes it comes as busy. We also wrote an email but no reply came . They are just fooling everyone. We want a refund. This app totally sucks. I enrolled for three courses of them after seeing their advertisement in the newspaper that they were providing the courses for Rs 999. However, it's not getting logged in. Not only that, when I called their helpline number, no one picks up. I want refund as I feel betrayed by the developers. I highly recommend not to go for this. There are better options available. This app doesn't even deserve one star.

It's customer care number is incorrect and the person who eeceive the call always said weong number. Whenever I tried to loging through my mobile no, till date OTP has not been generated. Nothing can be downloaded. Several times I sent mail but till no reply has been received from studyadda. I paid ₹999/- through credit card of my husband. I think, this unexciting organization is cheats people. Be careful before paying any amount to Studyadda.

Cheated, in the newspaper they advertised that in 999/- you will get course for two years but after buying it shows validity for one year only. Also UI is very confusing. Only pdf files are there for study and that also can not be open elsewhere except in the app. So please refund my money which I know you wouldn't do.

Worst paid subscription i ever bought! They are just scamming by showing limited offer on their courses. They dont even have full courses. I've took the 2 years of subscription for UPSC CSE, they only have 2-3 videos in History, Geography , Polity. They are not even updating the course content from past fortnight. I seriously dont recommend this to you! For the Reasoning and English Syllabus go through some best channels of youtube rather than wasting your hard earned money and time here.

Overall a good app. I have subscribed today. But Reasoning videos are their. History, Biology and videos are missing. Can't accept the fact that after giving amount, how could I digest this. Please provide videos for all sections.

Unable to login again... Once logged in and logged out, unable to login again. Have paid the amount, subscribed for course and now it is of no use. Tried reaching their customer care...there is jo number, sent a mail...there is no revert,.....send message on their FB page but still nobody connected. Started believed that this all seems fake and will have to stay put. If no response received will tke it to consumer forum for sure.
