Need improvement. frequently getting disconnected. even a smart bulb under 500 rs stats connected all the time. after using it in the night when check the statistics it showed nothing as it went offline. and the is no response in the app. Google home is not working. able to add the device. but it says fan is offline. such a big company experienced in fan industry for a very long time making half baked application is really a disappointment. good we will get an update to solve all the issues.

This is the first time I am rating an app. I would say that crompton have the worst developers and as a company they are not good at technology. Their smart fan application is really dumb. First of all it is very difficult to add a device to the smart home, but if you mistakenly delete any device then you are gone. it will take forever to add it again. It's really worst experience.

poor app no ways to add the fan no troubleshooting basically the app is just a gimmick tonshow that it exists of you are buying the fan for app connection. do not but the energion fan doesn't add with smartlife the response time for the fan over wifi is extremely slow the app worked for 10 days and then it started showing fan as irresponsive

worst app ever I have used. The Alexa and Google option is not working, which means you cannot connect to Alexa or Google assistance.

The app is fast and responsive but didn't support google home link, neither alexa integration working. I hope Compton will release it soon.

Worst company and worst customer care services never every buy any product of Crompton. From last 15 days I am contacting Crompton on call, mail instagram and everywhere still no getting any response and they are not at all interested to solve customers issues. They just know to sell products that's it no customer services
