It's a very average app, I'm stunned it doesn't hook directly into Strava and that you have to do a dance of downloading and uploading data, seems unnecessary to me. The idea of spending money to unlock features that honestly should be standard features having bought a turbo trainer seems just silly. Disappointing to say the least.

After a bit of struggle I got it connected to my tablet and set up. The next day it wouldn't connect. I've now spent an hour installing, uninstalling, clearing the cache. Still no connection. The software is so frustrating and dreadful. I am seriously considering returning the suito trainer.

The interface is clunky, filled with features that just pop up "not supported on your device" . Navigation is not intuitive and even more functionality is hidden a "one year subscription" that doesn't even come with a free trial after buying a smart trainer from them.

Could take two minutes to connect to aria fan. Bs. It starts when the kickr does. Have to wait while cold air gets blasted at me to lower it. Lots of error notes, surely it could be better done. I turn it to zero % when starting up. It then turns itself up to 25% after a few minutes. F-off. Really annoying.

Font size is absolutely tiny. I have to set it to maximum in Android system, whenever I use the app on the bike. Please fix that, it is very annoying. Other than that, I've been using this for years and it does what it's supposed to do.

Pretty disappointed with the app and the Aleno trainer. App itself freezes from time to time, even froze the whole phone. Had to take the battery out. Cannot read my trainer output through bluetooth. All the fields are 0. Though I am getting readings in Zwift, trainer connected via same bluetooth phone, so I really don't know where the problem is. I think i'm going to return it and switch to other competitors.

My Nero B roller is absolutely fun to ride, A+. The software is incredibly frustrating and every winter it drives me mad. I love building my own routes on google maps to ride. Unfortunately, this feature will not work at the height of winter. The yearly fee is maddening considering the downtime. Update, same app issues for 23/24.

I have been using the app for two years now. I have the Elite Real Axiom trainer and a Samsung Note 10+. No hiccups or glitches to report. Everything works as it should. I love that I can ride in Germany one day and Italy the next. This is a great setup for when it's literally freezing outside. My strava is very similar between the app and real riding. Love it.
