Worked great since I started using it the past couple of months. I'm not longer being notified when I have a chat. I've also experienced issues with the website with missing payments, incorrect amounts being deposited as well as dates and times that had been re-done some how in my transactions the past 2 weeks. Very disappointing.

Every time I go online, it doesn't show I am online to chat or take phone calls. My chat lines have been cricuts for weeks. Also, when checking my profile on the app, it keeps trying to load. When I go back to the availability, it bumps me offline. It's frustrating because this is how I make money to live on. Please fix the bugs! I've reinstalled it about 5 times and restarted my phone as well. Nothing is working.

I need to report here to since it s happening so much. The app is causing me to miss chats and calls due to not notifying. I feel since I've done all pieces on my side to rectify that this is an app issue. No one yet on email is listening. Theyre sending me copy and paste emails with the way to fix it. I've done it time and time again. . It's happened like five or six times today. Sadly that's lost businesss. Can someone from tech help ??? It in my connection or phone

Was great and I was getting audible chat requests. Next thing I know I'm missing chats because I'm not notified. This started Aug 31, 2021. I've missed two more since then. Logged out and back in. Right away I got a chat notification in the notification tray on my phone but no audible alert. I've got all my notifications on and volume is loud. No reason for for app to stop doing that all of a sudden. Not good. Costing me new customers when I'm trying to build my new business.

Usually when I use the app every thing is great, but the past couple weeks it has been glitchy, sometimes I will get a chat and there is no notification, yes I definitely make sure my volume is up. Or sometimes I will accept the chat and it will drop as soon as I accept it. And now I am getting a Notification that there is an updated version but when I click on update it does nothing. It won't update. I am sure these issues have definitely affected my algorithm.

This is a great concept and I normally like using the app. But over the last month it keeps saying I missed a chat. I can stare at it and I won't get notified. Then I have to send free minutes and an apology. It's beginning to affect my income having to give out all these minutes. And I'm not talking about every once in a while. It's like every second to third chat. All day, every day. Well, thanks for the update. You definitely fixethe problem with consistency. Now it won't connect to any chat!

Changing from 2 star to 1. App constantly trying to load and refuses to let me do anything. Can no longer get it to work to take clients. Please fix your app so we can work properly.

New update causing worse bugs! System UI error message every 4 seconds. Will try uninstalling and reinstalling.
