Previously i had no problems with this app. Until last night, I ordered a medicine that urgently needed and the app said it would arrive in 1 hour (instant delivery). However, until next afternoon i had not received any packaged that i ordered. The CS doesn't help at all. They also couldn't cancel my order. I'm very dissapointed with the service and the app that very slow:(

I just installed this app and have a plan to uninstall it soon. I got the same problems of what most of users do, but the service I can say it's good, they help me to finish this several problems and cancel my registration quickly. I gave 4 stars just because of the good service related to the problem that i face and everything is done, Thank you for Customer Service that helped me this morning.

Great app. Except I couldn't access the lowest part of the screen where there are icons to switch between tabs because my navigation buttons covered them. So every time I tried to switch to another tabs, my finger's tapping the navigation button instead. It's frustrating. Please fix this. I'm on Google Pixel 2 XL.

Great application and very helpful. But Alodokter's telemarketing team is very unsettling. I get call for almost 4 times in a day. Request for the private identity, such as KTP, Phone Number, Email, Credit Card or Bank Account, for offer monthly service (29rb program for chat to all doctor). For me it's very impolite. I already block several phone number but they're still call me. Very uncomfortable.

A good application to have a chat with doctors and make an appointment. please add a feature to save patient informations, hence we don't need to key in everytime we want to make an appointment. it's very tiring to input the patient details (especially KTP and address) everytime!

the insurance telemarketers are annoying..i uninstalled it already. they asked if i want to subscribe for 3 months with idr 39000. which is weird, because i never use this ( i have uninstalled it few months /years ago) and you can't erase your account. many dark patterns in their UX flow. when you can't erase your account in the app, it is one of example of dark pattern. be careful, check before you install it. they are going to sell your data.

I never used this app before. I used the other one. A week after I made a transaction, I got a call telling me that Alodokter giving me a free treatment for a year. In the end, the woman on the phone asking confirmation on my bank account. So I assumed that the moment you make a transaction on the account your personal data is handed out somewhere which is very alarming. I logged out and uninstalled immediately after. Never happened with the other app, tho.
