Since they completely redesigned it, its become almost inaccessible. I can no longer use it to have my card scan, it only shows my name and my number for the card, the app is hard to navigate, you have to log in EVERY TIME you use the app when that was never the case before, I ended up deleting the whole thing. Should have left it alone, its was perfect before.
A Google user
I tried this yesterday. All I really want to do is fill up my tires. Half of the links on the home page are not in the correct spot. After several minutes of trying to hit the correct button I finally got the registration screen to come up. I tried several different emails and got the same "this email address is already in use" error. I would like to think you have enough money to hire a mobile app developer that doesn't suck.

This app takes way too much space; can't be moved to external storage and doesn't work unless you use an approved browser and Firefox ain't approved. This app and rewards program is worthless to people who don't eat unhealthy "gas station" food or sugar loaded drinks/snacks. The only true perk is free air at the air pumps when you can find one that works; most have been disabled for unknown reasons.

The app constantly crashes and the online portion constantly crashes. I'm trying to get air in my tire and I don't have any coins. I don't have a credit card and it's very difficult to try and do this when nothing works. Very piss poor app and online management system.

We've had the worst experience ever! If you redeem for a gift card none of the duchess stores we have been to know how to give it to you! There's no real number to call for assistance on customer service! My husband earned $100 gift card and has yet to be able to get it their app is trash, customer service is trash, if you go here you will not get what you earn sometimes!

Duchess is a known scam site. They partner with gas stations to take your info and then they don't let you use the rewards

Would have given this a five star rating, byt recently they made it so even if you had an account with them you have to make a new one that forces you to provide your phone number. What was wrong with the good account inhad been using? Why do you feel you need access to my phone number to use this app?

I've purchased 10-20 gallons per day, a few days a week, after entering my rewards card number and I'm not earning any points. I've emailed customer support twice and never heard anything back about a solution. I've given up and will just go to the GetGo instead. I can at least earn a 20% off of my grocery bill there.
