When I first got this app, it was everything I wanted. In the last week it has stopped working. I've tried turning the device off and on. I've tried unplugging and replugging the device, and I've tried reinstalling the app. No matter what I do the unit won't respond even though the app said the they are connected. edit: Customer service helped . It is working now.

Cuby was a game changer for me as a rental property owner. Many guests would run the A/C all summer so it would be cool when they got home which is not necessary with a split AC. The customer service was top notch which I used several times for setup and with every house being different, you might need some help with sensor placement. The app at a glance is great, simply laid out and acts like an additional web connected remote. If only remotes were that simple!

Good app overall, it works and it's simple to use. It could have some work on the visual design and some of configuration options.
