This app introduces the most annoying workflow to unlock door or call elevator that I've ever experienced. It requires internet, bluetooth, and a QR that could not be saved/captured as an image. A traditional plastic card is even much much better. But the office locates in a building using this app so I have no choice

the app is very useful and works perfectly, yes sometimes I have to wait for the elevator because I have to restart the app, but it's better than climbing the stairs

Why would you ruin a perfectly good elevator system with this senseless application? You are ruining the experience of a building and it is costing time, data and energy to use the app.
