Way too complicated. Also makes it very difficult to have a friend as emergency contact. Forces user to their monitoring for a monthly fee.

This is absolute trash. I have to make a new password every time I try to login, it takes 5 or more tries to make a password. I have to keep logging in because it freezes and crashes.After 4 hours I still have not been able to link the watch to my phone. There are even names of countries misspelled in the dropdowns to update personal information. Lazy and stupid doesn't even begin to describe the people who made this trash.

The main reason I got the watch was to monitor my oxygen level. The watch doesn't work. Also, the watch continually buzzes that it is disconnected from my phone when the phone is close.
