The service is ok, the interface is difficult to learn, but what is most disappointing is that I don't own my conversations and can't export them. I've paid a LOT of money over the years and should be able to keep my conversations. :(

This app makes it very easy to keep my clients organized and updated. I love the ability to create scripts and client categories. My main complaint is that I can't change the notification sound, so it sounds likeevery other background app noise that I ignore. I have to set reminders to check the app to make sure I don't miss messages. I find that exetremely unhelpful and annoying.

Never understood how to use this. Trying to cancel your subscription is impossible. I've had 3 months taken out of my account with no way to cancel on the website or app. Every time I login on the website, it takes me to the app. Make sure you really want this service before subscribing.

Syncs up very well. Developer is very hands on with training and support videos on Facebook and YouTube. Reviewed many text services. This has most features while being lowest cost PLUS rollover. No kidding. Use provided, 10 digit number as voice number as well!

Couldn't be happier! I love the campaigns. The full phone number. Outbound call option. Great for a small business owner who doesn't want to publish their own phone. Unlimited contacts, keywords, campaigns, tags.. Tons of training. AND a small business. My favorite thing to support!

This is a horrible app, it's very confusing and it doesn't work very well. It is supposed to be easy and it's really not. And keeps charging your account and I haven't even used it because it never sent my texts to begin with so disappointed 😒
