Lots of good information but unable to print or open external apps. For example, if I want to print a list of all my feet, it gives that option...but clicking on the link does nothing. Trying to print an article from the blog section also has no effect.

UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. After I accepted the cookies it opened and then I closed the app and re-opened and got the same error again. I ha e just opened it again and it's opened again so it's possibly an Internet problem. I'll contact you again if it's not Internet related. I installed this especially for the accessories but it won't open that section. It gives an http2 protocol error.

Worthless App! No matter where I try to navigate, it wants me to create/finish setting up an account. I already have an account. There is no option to sign in. When I try to follow the "Finish Set up" prompts, it give me an error every time!

Search sucks, installation of accessory app impossible, all it is is an app to sell machines. No pricing, no reviews, no way to compare machines a waste of time. I want a stupid presser foot demo, but that's too hard. This is the same company with 20k machines run by computers so it looks like pure laziness.

Not all accessories/feet are on the app. Needs to be updated, especially for overlooker feet. When searching for a foot, too many options that are completely unrelated pop up.

This app is for sales of Bernina products. There used to be an older App where I kept track of the feet and accessories I owned. Could go right there to make sure I didn't double purchase. Loved it. Not in this app. Disappointed

It used to work. But now I can't sign on because I set it up to sign on through Google. Now the app hasn't been updated and I can no longer sign in. The app is now useless.

I wanted this for the accessories owned and wish list, It will not even let me sign in anymore. It says my email address is not valid. I tried a different email address and it said the same thing. What's going on. Worthless until Fixed.
