love the content, but there needs to be short breaks in between for switching exercises (putting on/taking off bands, etc). also I saw in the FAQ that there's such thing as a beginner guide and something called "start strong"-I am interested in those! but I couldn't find them on the app. So I wonder if those features are still being developed?

Overall, this app is great! I have been consistent with the workouts. They are challenging,and that motivates me to even more to get through it. I have also noticed since using the app is my form improving! The recipes are very creative & the little motivation messages are sweet as well! My only issue is with some of the workouts that include timers, the timer does not show when the workout starts. I hope that gets fixed soon. I'm 15 lbs down and only 22 lbs from my goal - this app is great!

Amazing experience. No app or trainer has done a tremendous job with this app. It's very helpful and leaves us with no excuses to not get a workout in! Well done, Stef and the team. I subscribed when the app FIRST came out, and I am very, very pleased with the growth it continues to provide. Most apps just leave it and do not improve much. We all are involved and WEGLOW!!!

Workouts are a killer is a good way. I enjoy the sets that focus on different areas of the same body part. I curse the person who has me do a set that targets the same thing 😅. My body usually always fails near the end but the progress is noticeable. The app doesn't always log the workout you've just completed. When trying to go to the next set sometimes the app backs you out and of course clears your time spent in the workout.

Overall the workouts are great and the recipes are good. However, the fact that you have to buy access to the challenges is off-putting considering you pay to use the app to begin with. Also you can't play music on another app while using this one which would be nice.

I was very cautious and not completely sold on the WeGlow app and I truly believed I would be deluded yet again. But after only just 3 weeks - YES 3 weeks I finally see results I thought I'd never could achieve. What I love most about the app offers a huge variety of guides and challenges and their categories are extensive. I don't see myself getting bored any time soon. Oh and another huge + I'm not spending hours in the gym. I've gained so much more than strength, a major confidence boost.

I love this app, subscribed to it right when launched. I love the improvements they've made thru all this time, there's still a few glitches here and there, but that's why it's good to keep track whenever you're doing a routine. The workouts and meals are fire and yes! Workouts completely work! 🔥🔥

Superb app, a wide range of workout and programmes including ones that follow your period cycle, back pain alternatives, lots of softer workout such as yoga, or even meditation session. Incredibly useful with the automated calendar, easy to track. Lots of meal recipes too including vegetarian and vegan options. A very good app, no bugs so far (been using it for a month). Highly recommend.
