If it wasn't for the fact that it's a part of work benefits would never use it. It has bad UX, can't track the progress of past checkins, worst of all notifications now include ads for finance (not something one wants from a fitness app). Also if I want to just open the app, you HAVE to turn location and data. It's very slow as well. Overall of you have a choice, use any other app, even no app is better.

The worst App: I cannot check-in at my classes, and customer support is slow to respond to the issue. When I sign up for classes on the app, I get a "class not booked error" even with multiple spots available. When I close out of the error page, It shows I am booked for the class. I successfully cancelled a class within the cancellation window; however, the next day, I received a phone notification right after the class ended to check-in. The issues are not limited to the above stated.

The app: Slow, buggy, unintuitive. Search functionality is VERY broken and the distinction between gym entry and classes is quite muddied. You NEED to turn on GPS and have good reception to even start the app (startup is dog slow, btw) or you'll be stuck in an endless loop. Favorites tucked away under "profile", wut? Everything's so slow. The service: Barely acceptable. Be aware that you're limited to 1 gym entry/day, e.g. Qualitrain/egym wellpass or other competitors don't have that limitation.

Took several days to download, kept saying "Beta testing full". I Sent a screenshot. Slow customer service days later asked for a screenshot already sent and to make sure I had the newest app. You mean the one rhet won't download? Also it appears you have to download each app separately and set up logins, etc. Not enough information to know if you want some obscure options. Only three "gyms" in my area.

Wellhub app is broken.. When I upgrade to a higher plan, it charged me but did not upgrade me . There is no call support , support is only by email or chat and they respond only once every 24 hrs. They keep asking for screen shots repeatedly, with no technical solution . I suspect there is no technical personal to solve my problem. Its been more than 4 days now and I still have no solution offered

The service is excellent I have been using it due a few years now and really enjoy it. The new app is buggy. The pop-up for location access won't go away unless you agree to it. I don't have my location on unless I need it so this isn't working properly.

The app does it's job most of the time, but it is not user friendly. The search option is broken on android, but the same seems to happen on iphone or on the website. Finding what you are looking for is a mess when using the filters. The app changed its name a few months ago, but no quality of life changes were made to the app. That's why 2 stars instead of the original 3 I rated.

Since Andjoy became Gympass, which in turn became Wellhub, my neighborhood gym somehow upgraded itself from basic to silver level for no apparent reason, which forced me to start paying double! On top of that, now I can enter only at specific times of the day! So basically, one day I went as usual to my gym and they tell me 'sorry you need to upgrade your plan, and also you can't enter after 5PM'. I am really disappointed. Contacting Customer service did nothing.
