Best antivirus to trace location and it has regular update to latest virus definitions and has scan after update feature. another thing is k7 antivirus opens up and performs fast in windows system. i am suggesting to add feature of reset password of antivirus settings via email or phone like other antivirus did, because it will make k7 antivirus one of the best product.

After reporting to K7 that their mobile security is reported as malware by HSBC SG app, K7 got back to me that that they are unable to fix it and told me to either stop using the HSBC app or their app. I am most appalled at such response to customer request for help! I contacted HSBC too and they ascertained that their app has no problem as no other antivirus app had such problems with their app! I switched to using Sophos Intercept X which is free on android and iOS and it worked!

Overall I couldn't ask for more for the price I have paid... I'm currently on K7 Infiniti plan and yeah I can say it's value for money. But it would be great if the UI of the app can be improved to the modern standards as it looks kinda dull when compared with others. And also doesn't look attractive enough for someone who's searching on Play Store for an antivirus provider.

Really disappointing because the k7 banner keeps disappearing from the notification bar out of the blue even if I do not swipe it to the side. Without the k7 banner in the notification bar, I do not think that k7 web protection will function. Please fix it in the next update. Also make such that the banner do not disappear if the user swipe it to the side. Thank you. I promise to update my review once this problem is resolved.

Recently activated it through product key. It has got two problems so far. First the 'notification banner' is not working i.e the app can't be opened from the notification bar. Btw I am using oppo a9 2020. Second thing with the web protection on, I tried opening a harmful link on chrome expecting that k7 would block it but it did not. I used another antivirus app before and that website was blocked from viewing on chrome. Disappointed!

There are definitely some problems. Notification bar does not work sometimes and tracker does not work correctly. Did a ring and lock but took 4 hours to perform. Otherwise when I do a ring and lock it only occurs after I open the device. It is cheap on Amazon but would not recommend for doing high risk work.

The app becomes unresponsive sometimes. If decide to quit this then it restarts, waiting doesn't help as it continues to remain unresponsive and those popups keep repeating. Also this app can't scan the SD card on Android 13. Other than these two issues the app is perfectly fine.

I have used it in the past, it was nice but with phones coming with their own scans and call blocking and everything I didn't find it useful anymore, but I recently purchased an infinity pack and I came to see if they have added VPN feature but to my disappointment they haven't but I hope they will🤞. Nowadays everyone is using VPN if this app provides security with a VPN service then this will be the top security/VPN app, or at least that's what I think.
