What I like the most is the feature of future availability for very distant dates with just one click. It not only shows the availability for that date but also for dates near it. The tabular form with proper classification also makes it very simple and easy to understand. Kudos to the developers!

Sir why you are giving wrong answer. We are talking about short refund. When we get the same? Very very poor service and customer care service is also third class. Guys never use this app they are cheating to customer. We have booked ticket with full refund facility with extra payment but after waitlist cancel we have received after deduction. When we talk to customer care they have nothing satisfactory reply. We have already losses some money so suggest you never use this app.

I recommend using this app only for normal ticket booking. Avoid the FCS and FCS PRO options. If you select either of these options and then cancel your ticket, you will never receive your refund. I have sent 10-20 emails to their customer care, but they never respond, and I have yet to receive my refund.so please either use another application for ticket booking or just use this application for normal ticket booking.

The only Website/App with a very accurate train status. I oversee trains from my 6th floor apartment and check status some of the times with Trainman and everytime it shows accurate status with not even a minute of discrepancy. That's really commendable. Update: App is ruined by Adani by long Ads of 15 to 30 seconds. Used to be about just 5 seconds. Remove the ads of 15 to 30 seconds. Really pathetic move.

Its was a very bad experience my money got deducted and the booking is showing in pending status if I am clicking on cancel and refund it is just getting load with no results. M tired of this I just need my money back but it seems a fraud app.

If u cancel your ticket by yourself, they cut some of your amount, which is acceptable. But in case you didn't get the seat and your ticket got cancelled by them, they also cut the amount. I've used some other apps but they refund all of my amount if I don't get seat and my ticket got cancelled in waitings. 2nd thing is. it's almost 9 days now. I'm still waiting for the amount/refund to be credited in my account. 6/11/24 now what? Been 16 to 17 days now. still didn't get refund? More exuces?

Very very worst and bad experience. Im booked for two tickets, once confirm app another one trainman app. I cancelled two tickets confirm app refund with in a days, but trainman app not getting refund amount till now, more than 15 days ago only I send mail feedback@trainman . Very very worst experience

App doesn't seem to work When you search for trains it says "unable to fetch train list. Please try again later" I used to use it and it did work, but not anymore. I tried removing and reinstalling the app but it didn't help
