The game will set goals (i.e. serve a certain amount of dishes) and will not provide the customers to fulfill the orders. I have played levels over 30 times and the needed customers still not provided. I have been playing this game on and off for at least 6 years and I obviously enjoy it. However, I take extended breaks due to these kinds of glitches.

Loved this game, played everyday, until the latest update. I can't log in to Facebook so I've lost my progress. Not cool. UPDATE: looks good, thanks for fixing! Couldn't play for years the game was broken and didn't allow me to, finally able to play but can no longer give mystery customers double orders making location goals harder to achieve. Still fun, but disappointing as these levels were designed with that in mind.

This was a lot of fun, but around level 30 my taps started not working. I would tap on the X to close the pay for play window and it wouldn't close. In actual game play I would tap and constantly grab the wrong item, then not be able to successfully tap on the trash can either. Something is wrong with the sensitivity in this game and I should be addressed by the developers.

I've been playing this game for many years. It used to be great. Now you can't play very far without paying money and even when you do pay, they take away the cash and other things you already paid for. Some levels that require a certain number of a specific food item to be made, aren't passable because they won't give you enough customers ordering them. I get bored when I can't move on to new levels and stop playing the game sometimes for months.

Update 062224: too many glitches still! Games kicks me out! Spending actual money on this game and yet I'll lose out on building money or scoring stats because I'll get kicked out. Also why keep telling us to email the issue when many of us are saying what the issue is. Too many glitches, times it takes long to load game. One of my favorite games but it needs a haul! Update: 42024 loading issues again! And now they added ads after every level you play! Ugh! Bad enough it has loafing issues!

I have been playing Kitchen Scramble since the beginning. I love how this game challenges me. It has had itw occasional glitches, but the team is fixes them and makes it up to the players. Yes, I get stuck on a level at times but that is all part of the game. I love the weekly challenges and seasonal levels.
The Potion Cabinet
I've loved this game for YEARS but the new update comes with lots of glitches. The X button doesn't work so you have to leave the level after you look up a recipe, losing your supplies. For some reason, if you click on an ingredient, you have to click multiple times or it picks up an item close to it, losing so much time. I hate to say I'm finally done playing this game. It used to be a moment of peace playing this game, now it's so frustrating getting through a simple level

Great and fun to play, but, unfortunately, I am re-editing this review because this game has been freezing, at the start of load up to the game, it always gets stuck in on the loading screen, but almost never loads. This game would be much more tolerable and fun if the developers kept up with maintenance for this game. Please, look into this problem. Thank you.
