This rating is for the Pixel federation tech support and not the game play. The game is a lot of fun and I rate the game play at 5 but for at least the last 2-3 months the app crashes CONSTANTLY! I can get 0-15 minutes of play before it crashes. It takes almost 5 minutes just to load. I've sent in multiple tech support tickets. They've responded back to me like twice and now have stopped all correspondence with me. I've done everything, multiple times, that they suggested for me to try. Nothing

It's bad enough that the events use way more energy per block, but when you get to China it's just ridiculous. I can't enjoy the game, the blocks take up more energy than you build up just so you'd have to spend major money to continue the smallest field. And, puzzles that give no clues to how to do them, so you have to watch videos to complete the task. It's a waste now. I absolutely enjoy playing the game, but now it's just a pay to play. (10/23/24) Sleepless Hollow is to adorable to dig up 😍

Fun game. A great game that's an enjoyable way to kill time. Played it a lot a year or so ago. Came back to it recently and now there are popup ads. I don't mind ads in games if I choose to click them (like the TV for more energy). But I don't tolerate forced ads. Uninstalled. Makes the game annoying.

Great until it just wont load one day....or ever since, a black page, or u dont get the bonuses,8200 is alot of exp. to not recv., or the 28000 for completing a level...superheroes ok, updated junes, and still issues with losing dbl points after clearing a board, agin a yr later, with the superheroes..72000, .45000, alot of points to lose cuz the hr glass sits and spins but does not go to the ad, or, no vieos avl.! also constant updates! Taking way to much space in my fon when have to dumptoplay

The game crashes when I watch a video to boost energy, get items etc. Restarts and it's like I never watched a video. I can't play lucky cards because I have to watch a video. Haven't been able to play lucky cards in 3 days. Video ends, game crashes. Open game and it's the same. Now, I can't even play. I open the game & while it's loading the game crashes. I haven't been able to play in over a month. Which means I can't complete events, collect anything in my camp etc.

I really like this game! A fun little game. Go slow even if you want to go fast. Pay attention to the clues. Watch the walls! I've gotten stuck in one area. YouTube has videos of the different parts of the game. So hopefully I will find out what I'm missing?? No money spent at all!! I still run out of energy too soon. I'm trying to keep cooking constantly. And improve the lower level. Have fun!!

There is an ad every couple of minutes. The same quest (towers) is an often repeat that not many will ever make it through. The other quest are just repeating motions. Theose behind the game do not care what their players are telling them. They just want the money. It is a very boring game. After this review I will be uninstalling this game.

7-10-24: Original review still applies, except the devs have made the game even BETTER! 3-30-21: I've been playing this game for several years, and it's my absolute favorite. The graphics are great and the puzzles are just vexxing enough. And I LOVE the special events, gifts on Facebook, and double rewards within the game! I have never had a problem with customer support. They have always gotten back to me in a timely manner with a solution.
