Pros: - no ads; - ability to save vids and images; - simple layout. Cons: - no shortcut for muting people; - options tend to show under phone's buttons; - polls and quote retweets don't show up properly; - the app saves position of viewed posts in a buggy way (ex.: there's 250 posts since last visit, app shows there's only 170 posts to see); - no ability to add or see bookmarks. Overall it's nice there's some alternative, but it needs polishing.

Decent but horribly laggy when scrolling...images never seen to stick in the timeline, they disappear when you scroll up and down despite having the "performance mode" setting on. Great points are low cost, no adverts, no "for you" tab, can customize timeline like the pre X twitter 3rd party apps... It's just not smooth enough... Updated Feb 2024. Still got the image disappearing issue which has never been addressed by the developer. Why do the pictures disappear when scrolling & have to reload?

Just installed the update and was asked to select my personalised advertising choices. Did those all ok then moved onto the vendor preferences 😂😂 the list is endless, are you serious?! Forced closed app and they didn't come up next time. Can't find in settings if turned on or off, which again is worrying. I have two other of your apps installed and never seen this before. ☹️

Finally let me log-in. It was a Android Web View update problem. Still crashes on open if moved to the SD card. I installed this version for tweet souce labels but seems to have been removed since the Focust rebrand.

I can't do anything with this app. When I search for anything or check any profile's tweets it says :an unexpected error occurred Definitely the worst I've downloaded waste of space and my time

NEEDS AN OPTION TO TURN OFF RETWEETS as in the other Focus Twitter app. Definitely Recommend if this gets implemented. Other than that FocusTwitterX has definitely resolved some issues, working very effectively for months now in my opinion the best Twitter alternative out there. Thank you 👍
