Just enter the licence number/HUID number/Registration number appearing on the product or item and get all the relevant details like name & address of manufacturer, validity of licence or registration, varieties covered in the scope of licence or registration, Brands included and current status of the licence or registration, purity of jewellery article, etc.
Got sub-standard product? Witnessed misuse of our marks? Came through a misleading claim of quality? Report these occurrences when and wherever observed through the app. Using the ‘Complaints’ feature of the app, you can register your grievances or complaints on the matters like: poor or sub-standard quality of marked products, misuse of our marks, misleading claims of quality or lacuna in our services. Through a simple user registration or OTP based login, simply select the type of complaint you want to register, fill the details of the complaint, preferably with evidences, through a well-designed and convenient forms and submit. Get acknowledgement of your complaint with a complaint number on your mobile number and email for future reference.
