I had drivers fake picking me up, then drive elsewhere without cancelling rides. Users have no way to cancel the ride, so the app was stuck on "Follow" mode, which didn't allow me to order another taxi. Each time I add the destination address, it changes the address of the starting location, so I have to correct each time to avoid the taxi arriving at the wrong address. I've had taxi drivers arrive at the wrong destination and wait, had to cancel. I have stopped using this frustrating app.

Very practical and very useful! I went to sherbrooke by bus. On the road I booked a taxi, as result I arrived to my appointment on time! I highly recommend. My suggestion is if it's possible to move the cancel command from the current location at the bottom of the screen, this may cause users to cancel by mistake.

It's been ok, but has had it's issues. Previous version didn't let me to add my credit cards. Thought it was corporate setting stopping me. Latest version, says that AmEx is not accepted. Assuming that that was orig prob...yet can pay in person w/ AmEx?!?!?! Alternative is a pay app called HPay? PayPal, Google Wallet and Apple Wallet...you had to choose an wallet that no one knows, is asking for WAY too much personal information (pictures of my drivers license?) Please correct nonesence

Still Useless with that response. Might as well just call. Used to be convenient to plan your work travels ahead of time but you can't anymore without a credit card. There's no valid reasons for that with all the frauds online we are to trust that THIS APP, this one ! That's the safe one beyond the reach of a hacker stealing your credit card info. Yes ! My taxi app ! That's the safest place to register my credit card information. Surely there will never be any billing issues either.

Can't seem to change my password I always get "too many attempts try again later" when I try hours later it displays the same thing. This app is garbage compared to the previous one. It's unfortunate because coop taxi was my go to taxi company.

Worst application. Ever since the last update i can no longer enter an address manually, the application overrides it with what it believes to be the closest address. Leaving a note with the correct street number does not work either as the drivers do not see the the numbers written only the street name.

the app was a little annoying, but i got a car real quick and paying was easy and the trip was pleasant! i also liked that many steps were optional! I forgot to hit the pay button before starting the trip, but i still got the taxi! i just had to pay afterwards, then.

There is an issue with the latest update. The app ignores your pickup location/address that you selected manually and it forces you to use the google maps location. Google maps isn't accurate.
