New UI is nice. Its still randomly changing the temperature. House has been boiling today and realise its because all the downstairs temperatures had reset. I just had it present 4 different sets of temperatures in 1 minute. I'd refresh it and it'd change without me doing anything, finally went back to my presets. This is bordering on not fit for purpose, no matter how well built the AI is.

Thermostat will not connect to the app. Clueless support, they eventually gave up. I don't think security works that way Hello, I think the issue you’re having is down to your WIFI. It appears as if the WIFI security isn’t allowing the thermostat to connect. The only way to try and fix this is to keep trying to connect and the security will eventually let you on.

App won't connect the thermostat to WiFi anymore. Since the app UI update the thermostat disconnected from WiFi and won't connect anymore. I have tried everything but no success. Please fix this, thanks.

New buttons than clear all your settings! Stay away from the 4/6 button on the schedule screen. It will take all the times and temps you have had set up for years and clear them instantly. (It also changes from showing 4 or 6 time bands for the day, but with new times and temps, Pressing it again will not bring back your old settings.) Can I go back to the old version please?

Awful app and devices. My series 5 stats won't pair and connect to WiFi since the update to the new app interface, despite trying both the automatic and AP route, and the router being set to 2.4Ghz. Absolute garbage, with little to no support!

Constant glitches and adds hours to heating set times. Causing customers to face higher bills. Should be reverted back to a basic app which works

Pretty basic App. Was hoping to be able to set different temperatures at different times of day and different days. No such luck, fixed temperature only. :-( Refreshed and still no ability to have different temps at different times !!

Not an intuitive app, you get the impression its been developed by someone not used to using a central heating system, schedules are the thing rather than the usual timer wording, still dont properly understand how you interface Fridays "schedule" with Saturdays! Would be much better if it was simplified and extended to interface with more devices. Forget the holiday settings, just over engineered, keep things simple.
