guys it does crash if haven't happened to me for a day and then it fixed itself but then the tickets wouldn't pop up but then they started popping up again and then everything works fine. it will fix itself on its own after a day. this helps me with high school so much

Haven't purchased tickets. Did installed it on my Android phone. I have Duck Duck Go an app scan blocker, had the app open for 5 minutes, and had 534 scans from this app that were blocked. The information the app tried to retrieve was name, email address, IP address, location just to name a few of the 23 it tried to get.

This app is pretty good for my schools sports game tickets! The reason for my two star rating is that that app never opens. It crashes as soon as the app opens, and then when I try again, it does the same. I have contacted the developer, and nothing has helped. they just give me the advice of delete/reinstall and stuff like that. It still doesn't work. The reason this is rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because I can buy my tix on the website and then open them in the app through my email. - Keith

The app was updated this morning, and it is broken. There is no way to click on bottom links (home, tickets, profile)...the app is locked up!

I've liked the app but now can't access my tickets on Android. my phone navigation buttons appear over the ticket button.

This app will not load on my husbands older phone. It is also difficult for non techy people to have to purchase tickets this way. Not a fan of this system at all,

Not user friendly for those that do not use technology daily. Fans are forced to buy tickets through app. Could not find confirmation in email of ticket purchase. Contacted GoFan Support for assistance online, provided required info requested only to receive promotional info for GoFan. Once an account is established, there should be an easier way to retrieve tickets through an account. Very frustrating.

This app is doing absolutely too much for school games, they should've kept it at paying at the gate because the tickets are too pricey and the price doesn't include anything you may buy while at the game. And they make it so hard for workers to accept the ticket. You can't screenshot and show them when the ticket disappears because they won't accept it, wasted money
