Easy to use app of the the top 30 Dale Carnegie Business Principles. (This is not a book to read; this is a practice app to learn new human-relation skills.) These concepts help me to connect with clients quickly. Then I use the Principles to build deep business-friend's relationships. 10/10 highly recommend --- btw, I have taken several of the training classes built on these ideas by using my company's Tuition Assistance Benefits.
