Tried for a week then ultimately uninstalled. Great concept though the photo verification was glitchy. The chat is a great idea and an opportunity for growth. A paid subscription that includes the ability to see profiles of people actively in the chat with the ability to DM would be a game changer. This would need to be more strenuously moderated as there is quite a bit of prostitution offers and other chaotic behavior/ conversations going on.

UPDATE: 11/19/24 This app is still terrible. I left and came back, trying to give it another chance. I do see more guys in my area, but the quality is not good. The app also keeps kicking me out every 5 mins, so if I do match with someone, I don't get the notifications and might miss a match. Terrible app. Only getting men 125 miles and greater. Requested a refund to help desk all to get a generic response each time. Would not recommend this app.

Since the last update, I've been having alot of issues that I never experienced before.. errors trying to log in,I can no longer sign in with my Facebook account ( I've had that profile/account for years. Now it's gone),matches are 200mi.+ out when I set it to 60mi. Out, not recognizing my login credentials, even though they've been the same since 2018. I'm not understanding what happened after the last update as to why I'm having all of these issues.. please fix asap!!

I'm having trouble logging into my account. It keeps saying error on my mobile number. It's not giving an option to reset. I would like to continue my paid subscription before the week is out.. I've also sent an email.. I have also set a distance on the profile, and im still getting hits from people far away.. I need a solution before I'm charged another fee. this doesn't make any sense. I have to write 500 words just to say it's an error on the app when just getting to the point should be.

Downloaded this app about a week ago & it was working at least 80% (for me the swipe left/right wasn't consistent) well. I was able to make concrete progress. But today I had just finished editing my profile & left it on my screen&started finishing my hair. I picked it up&suddenly a box popped up saying 'something went wrong'. I closed&uninstalled the app at least 9 times. But every time I try 2 enter my phone number, it said 'something went wrong'. In essence, I can no longer sign in🫤 FIXED!

So many things wrong with the app. 1) I Can't login, for over a week, it keeps saying "Something went wrong" I Uninstalled and everything. 2) Location of your matches keeps providing matches 30-200 miles away. 3) If I get a note, I can't reply or read them w/out paying for it. So the person on the other end has wasted money for sending it and I can't see a potential match. I can't report any issues because I can't login

Update 11/11/24: They have started showing more matches in my area after the review, but they are still not quality matches. They are not specific to my specific preferences. I will not renew the subscription after this month is up. Do not pay for this app. You get the same results. People 600 miles away even though you choose 30 miles. They barely show you matches that meet your preferences. I wish I could get a refund!

Not happy with this app AT ALL! I pay for the Elite subscription (because that's the ONLY way to see who might like you) and that's all I get?! I can't even send messages to people! Then the people you DO see probably aren't real or they don't pay, so how in the hell do you spark something with someone? Overall my biggest issue is that with a top tier subscription level, you should be able to do more than just see who likes you. You should be able to message people. I want my money back.
