Continues to be okay, but none of the current features are accessible, such as the Quick Action Device Controls. Swiping down from the home screen does not, in fact, give me access to the Quick Settings panel. So, despite the hoopla in then12/11/2024 email, nothing new to see here.

2 Factor is mandatory now. Was forced to set it up and called to have it disabled. Lady talked me through it. Said I would never have to do it again. Next day I can't sign in unless I set it up. I call and get put on hold then told supervisor will call me to help disable it. Never called. You are FORCED to sign up for it and then disabling it doesn't work.

Adding two factor is a great idea. However it seems like adding two factor to 1 device makes it where the other devices are unable to sign in as normal.

This app is so horrible. Never wants to show the video. No matter how many times I clear cache and my app is updated. It still says retry. Can't even answer the doorbell without having to open the door.

The app is thorough, easily to use, set up is quick, we have had no issues whatsoever. Love being able to set the dashboard to my liking. Camera system is amazing and the notifications can be tailored for our individual needs. We can be hundreds of miles away and still see everything as if we were there. Highly recommend the companies that care enough about their clients to use this app.

The main feature I want to use on this app is the ability to view my camera remotely. This never works when I'm away from home, only when I'm in my house and SafeTouch has the worst customer service on the planet. The only reason we went with the company was their response time guarantee. We'll just the other day it took the 1.5 to respond to an alarm. I will be looking to switch companies now.

Recording too short, stops during interaction, frequently receives notice of motion detected, but doesn't record? Big issue, doesn't open automatically when motion detected, person at the door come and gone by the time it opens, doesn't record too far from door, wish I hadn't switched from my old ring doorbell.

So far app is hard to operate. We have an issue with one camera not sensing notifications, and past video 🙄 ok it's been a year, many issues but taken care of over time. Now, garage camera isn't sending notifications to phones! SIGH! * revised 8/2024
