Why is it that the app that's meant for work just doesn't WORK. I update it and nothing, uninstall and install again and nothing, I restart my phone and still nothing. If I worked as this app I would be fired trice over.

Same error message again and again: "Face not recognised, please try again." My camera works as before on my smartphone, light conditions are the same too, nothing changed except I started to get this error message constantly and can't use anymore this app to clock in/out of work. I rebooted my phone just in case, I reinstalled this app, still the same issue. Edit: With latest updates finally works again.

The devs need to sit on their asses and improve the stability of this app. Ever since i started using it for work several months ago it's been non-stop issue after issue. Didn't let me clock in with a photo, didn't recognise my location, randomly signing me out and making it near impossible to sign back in and those are just from the top of my head. Really good idea for an app, but handled in the poorest way.

Easy to use. But it can be quite buggy. Regular location issues, despite other apps having accurate location data. And the screens regularly freeze and overlap with one another. The clock in / out feature does also freeze on a semi regular basis

It stop to work in my phone and with my colleagues in the hotel where I work after the last update. When I try to use it's showing a message. To begin our journey add all your details and sign documents. And then the page get freeze.

Very useful tool for HR. Provides a good method to keep in touch with staff working throughout the site. Option to limit notifications to rostered hours enables compliance with Right to Disconnect, leaving the option in hands of employees. Excellent support available with very fast response to queries from a very helpful team

Very unstable app, updated and now won't let me clock in with fave ID .usually takes 3 or 4 goes b4 I can clock in or out due to location issues or face not recognised .developers.really need to sort theese issues out .. also of you have direct messages you can't delete them , even if the other person has left the company,another issue which needs resolving
