keeps logging out after just minimizing it for a few seconds. the camera scanning is terrible, mistakes and typos, some can't even be edited. it's annoying and not user friendly as of now. hope they improve this

Finally the Markerplace is now available! BUT please fix the app crashing when browsing the Marketplace.

Something is wrong with this apps. Been reinstalling since this morning, just to log in to my account but it kept on crashing.. Need to improve more on the stability of this apps.

cannot sending id document by gallery what is the purposed of setting it with gallery imagine if my front camera is damage do i need a new phone pftpft there should be a way to registering in counter or using a previous document did u just do the app with out back up plan if there was no solutions?!

Finally a worthy app to keep for Bruneians. Entitlement checkup, payment service availability on demand and financing status features,etc. really compliments each other. I applaud the team behind this project, well done. Now tell that BIBD sister company to follow through and ditch their 90s web-based banking and starts to revolutionize their way of interacting with zoomers for general stuff,personal/home financing. This will definitely help lessen the physical visits required beforehand.

It doesn't seem to work for Honor Magic 5 phone. The app keeps closing automatically when I tried to open it. I hope this issue will be resolved

Bad registration procedure! Why do we need to OPEN OUR MOUTH, WINK AND NOD JUST TO TAKE A PICTURE?? And the app can't even process my winks & nods. The frustration of just taking a selfie picture is ridiculous! Not even BruHealth has this complicated process of taking selfie.

it says the app needs to be update but once updated, the app crash. couldnt even launch. please fix this issue. the app didnt have any issues back then before the update.
